Unfortunately, I love everything that harms the beauty of my teeth—I smoke, drink coffee, and sodas with coloring. I just can’t give all that up for the sake of white enamel! I deal with the problem by regularly getting whitening done at Aesthete—they’re really gentle about it, without damaging the enamel.
