After I had my braces removed, they recommended retainers. They made them to fit me, based on impressions of my teeth. I don't feel anything. It doesn't interfere with everyday life. I only take everything off when I eat. They explained and showed me how to take care of them. In general, everything went well, I recommend this dentistry and doctors!
